The AAPC is not, nor would any of our members be responsible for any H1B visa status for out-of-country coders. You would need to obtain that on your own. AAPC only credentials and educates coders; it's up to you to find your own employment. That is true in the US as well.

I will say, however that there are many employment opportunities in the Philippenes, India and UAE--probably more opportunties than in the US. I'd recommend you check there first.
