Organization: Large growing Multi-Specialty Physician Group

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duties: Individual will be trained into the capacity as an auditor for this very large group of multi-specialty physicians.

Individual will conduct compliance audits to ensure internal & external reporting requirements are fulfilled. Identifying trends in compliance and recommending corrective action plans as necessary while educating providers, clinicians, and staff on related topics. Conducting and assisting with compliance investigations. The ability to work independently and with time management skills is key.

Experience Desired: CPC or CCS-P (or equivalent related credentials), good training and presentation skills. Associates degree or better preferred. Candidate should be at minimum, an experienced multi-specialty, coder with 3 years+ experience. Any experience with Physician auditing or education would be a plus.
