gloStream is a fast paced, rapidly expanding company that specializes in electronic medical records and practice management software. We are looking for an experienced medical biller who understands both professional, minor facility, & multi-specialty medical billing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide training and support to users of our practice management system with a specific focus on coding, billing, claims processing, payment posting, adjustments, reporting and more.
• Work closely with payment clearinghouse partners regarding customer questions and concerns
• Address support calls from our partner companies
• Log support cases for issues not solved immediately
• Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
• Write, update, or review documentation
• Travel if necessary to customer locations nationwide. Training/support will be provided by phone and internet when practical, but some travel may be required.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with both hospital-based and practice-based billing
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Office 2007/2010
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to travel if needed.
