I have a provider that is sure there is a difference between US guidance vs. assistance when performing joint injections. I explained that there are two codes: one with US guidance and one without, either you used it or you didn't, no matter how long you used it. Can anyone give me further insight? If I am wrong in this can you please provide a link where I can find the information?
