Wiki Jugular vein balloon occlusion test CPT code ?

Hello,
This patient had a jugular vein balloon occlusion test in IR before surgery.
CPT code 61623 is for carotid balloon occlusion arterial per CPT.
Should this code be used or the unlisted 37799 ?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

61623 is not necessarily carotid, but it is arterial. Since you are doing a venous occlusion, this code cannot be used. Assign an unlisted code.
