Infusion drug benlysta is supplied by the specialty pharmacy. No wastage of the drug. What would be the correct way to file the file. J0490- JZ 0.01? Medicare states they don't want zero charges filed.

Typically, you still have to include the J code when billing the Administration code, so the payer knows what drug was administered.

You do that with a penny on the line item for the J code because you can't put a zero charge.
