Keck and Kelly calcaneal osteotomy cpt

Does anyone know the CPT code(s) for the keck and kelly type osteotomy for Haglunds deformity?
Also, this surgery was done with internal fixation.

My initial thought was 28118 or 28120. But it looks more like 28300.

Thoughts?
