Wiki Kenalog injection

Doctor fulgurated Hunner's ulcerations in the bladder. After he used intradetrusor injection needle to inject Kenalog solution into each of the ulcers that had been fulgurated. What would be the cpt code for the injection? Was looking at 51700 but that is instillation and 52283 is a steroid injection into a stricture. Neither one of these seem to be correct to me. Any help is appreciated.
