Hello
I am new at Pain Management coding and am wondering--If an injection is done Bilaterally how would it be coded?
Kenalog 40mg; Fentanyl 50 mcg; 1% Lidocaine 5cc was injected Bilaterally in the Sacroiliac joint.
Do i code: J3301 (x4) or J3301 (x8) ?

That I knew but since it was used Bilaterally 40 on each side I believe it should be X8
