Spine coding...looking for clarification on cervical KEYHOLE foraminotomy with and without fusion. I would use 63020 for the foraminotomy and bill separately for the arthrodesis. (Lumbar 63030, add'l interspace 63035). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
