During a kidney transplant for ESRD pts, when the surgeon places the ureter stent to prevent future complications or stricturing of the anastomsis b/w the kidney and the bladder, is it appropriate to list N13.5 (stricture of ureter) even though it is not present or a present condition??? Please please help.
