Hi, we want to start billing 27370 (Knee arthrogram). I was told I need to add cpt 77002 for fluoroscopy guidance, J2920-Cortisone, J7321-Hyalgan and 73564Knee xray. Do we need t bill all these codes together on the same claim. Can any body tell me how to organized all these CPTs on the claim please??

While I've never billed out a knee arthrogram, I have for the hip.
I know you can't bill 77002 with a hip arthrogram (73525) as 73525 replaces 77002. I would think the same would hold true for the knee arthrogram.
