If my doctor is doing a Total Knee arthoplasty and he uses a cement with antibiotic. . .
Can I code 27447 and 11981 ? I know the 27447 is correct. My question is the
11981. He states " Simplex tobramycin impregnated cement was vacuum mixed ".
The 11981 states Insertion, non-biodegradable drug delivery implant. So can I code the
11981 ? Any thoughts ?
