Am I correct in being able to bill only CPT 29881 for these procedures:

Arthroscopy of left knee with chondroplasty patella, medial femoral condyle, medial tibial plateau and Medial Menisectomy?

Used to bill 29881 along with either 29877 or G0289

you are correct.

29881 Arthroscopy, knee, surgical; with meniscectomy (medial OR lateral, including any meniscal shaving) including debridement/shaving of articular cartilage (chondroplasty), same or separate compartment(s), when performed
