Hi Everyone, I'm new to ortho coding and was looking for a little advice, our Doctor perfomed a medial menisectomy with a synovectomy in the medial compartment. With the edits it looks like the synovectomy is bundled but the company says we should always code it even if it is in the same compartment. I would love to hear from other coders on this one. Thanks in advance for all responses.
 
It would be 29881 only. You can't code 29875 sep when done in the same compartment especially if it is done for visulization.
