Knee replacement code - Patella only?

0swc0jc - "Revision of synthetic substitute in right knee joint, patellar surface, open approach." Would you assume this is replacing the patella only? There is a code that describes "knee replacement with patellofemoral synthetic substitute" 0src0n9.
 
I would have to see the entire operative note; it may be a revision of the entire prosthesis and patellar surface, but it's never a good idea to code from just the description.
