Need help coding this op note:

The patient was placed supine on the operating room table. Examination under anesthesia demonstrated full knee range of motion and no effusion. There was palpable
swelling underneath the anterolateral incision. It was closed without any weeping. No erythema noted.

The left lower extremity was prepped and draped in a sterilefashion; time-out was performed. It was exsanguinated and the tourniquet was then inflated. A vertical ellipsoid incision incorporating the previous incision was made. Dissection down through the subcutaneous tissue demonstrated no fistulas. There was an encapsulated seroma consisting of joint fluid. This was thoroughly irrigated and the walls debrided. The previous
arthroscopy portal in the joint capsule was healed.
