Any thoughts out there on this? A bit of a conflict. Does KX go on ALL additional Diagnostic Facets or on the additional Diagnostic facets - that occur at Different levels Than prior facet?

Hi there, if you mean the new LCD, it's every diagnostic block. That's the only way for Medicare to tell it is a diagnostic vs a therapeutic block.
