I have been getting Medicare (WPS) rejections for kyphoplasty's performed in the office. I called and was told to do a redetermination because it was their system. I did that and now have been rejected again stating "not payable in POS 11". These were always paid in the office and it does still show as payable on the fee schedule. Is anyone else having this same issue?
