Would this be a 93458 (LHC w/ LV) but since there was also selective R coronary angio, it is confusing me!?

Procedure:
1. left heart cath
2. selective L and R coronary angio
3. left ventricular angio
4. supravalvular thoracic aortogram
5. iliac artery angiogram
6. perclose r common femoral artery

So far I have 93458 and 75605..is this right or what am I missing?
Thanks in advance!

93458 I agree is appropriate...If the MD did a thoracic aortogram then you are correct 75605 is correct....If they did a supravalvular aortogram then 93567 is appropriate.

The iliac artery angiogram to check for proper access for the perclose device is inclusive in the procedure.

I hope that helps,
