The definition of L3000 is "Foot, insert, removable, molded to patient model, 'UCB' type, Berkeley Shell, each."

Is the definition of UCB or Berkeley Shell maintained somewhere publicly by CMS or another agency? I'm not seeing anything that spells out what the definition of these words are is other than 3rd party sources. I've tried searching the PDAC website, but it doesn't give much more information. Figured I'd ask here before emailing PDAC as they take about 45 days to respond to questions.
