Hi all: I am looking for help on a question about L3000 and if it can be billed with an E/M (99203). The provider is one of our family practice HI partners and has billed the heel cup for plantar fasciitis while also assessing and treating the patient for other conditions. I think the answer would be yes but want to double check since information I have been looking at is a mixed bag of yes and no.
