We are a lab collecting blood samples and transport them to a reference lab for testing for facility patients. These are IOP, Detox facility patients. Our owner here wants to bill insurance for the blood collection and transportation. However I don't think we will get paid for these expenses because lab billing is inclusive to the facility services. We can only get paid by the facility if we have an agreement for blood collection and transportation. Am I correct?
