A lab billed codes 80053, 84443 and 85025 as separate components.According to CPT guidelines 80053, 84443 and 85025 should be bundled in code 80050. The lab says they cannot submit claim that way. If payor requires it bundled, does anyone know if they can pay it as a panel 80050 reimbursement?
