I am just starting to code labs, there is not an ov involved , but tons of denials oin 36415, and and all advice would be great on getting all blood work etc paid
 
What is the exact denial? I have been in lab billing for 15 years and have not had issue getting venipunctures paid. Blood does not just jump into the tube!
