What kind of documentation, if any, do you do when one of your patients is sent to the lab (in our office) for bloodwork. The only thing we have is the order. Do you document where pt is stuck and condition of patient when they left the lab? Also, do you document who does the stick? I would appreciate any documentation help you can give me so we can document this completely. We were told by an audit firm that this should be documented and are really not sure how to do this. Thanks
