I need help with Q0092 and modifiers. Our facility billed Q0092 (set up of portable X-Ray equipment in home or nursing facility for radiological procedures).Our facility vehicle goes to patient to do more than 1 X-Ray. We are trying to bill Q0092 for both exams. First one is getting paid and all the other claims are getting denied.
