I am billing for an urology group whom provides lab services (cytology 88112/Fish 88120) to patients whom end up in the hospital the same day. We are having a difficult time getting paid for the lab services that we provided when this happens. Has anyone ever came across this scenerio and found a way for the lab services to get paid?
