Wiki Labor Epidural Vaginal Delivery Dx

A patient was given a labor epidural (01967) delivered vaginally. A normal uneventful delivery dx is O80. If the documentation shows that they used instrumentation for the delivery. For the anesthesia claim would I still be able to use the O80 or should I be using another dx code.
