Wiki labs and telehealth visit on same day

If the physician does a E-visit with a patent and request the patient to come in for labs on the same day, do you bill separate encounter with pos 11 for the labs?
 
I'm thinking of it this way... if the patient were in your office for a visit, and you had them do labs at your office, are you billing one encounter or two? Unless the lab bills separately on a normal day, I would say no, don't bill it separately.
