Good afternoon. Does anyone out there bill for labs when testing for the HRT male and female Pre Pellets? Are we allowed to bill the carriers for the lab draws in office to send to Labcorp for example 80050, 84402, 82670? If we bill these CPT codes in office what codes do the Lab bill out for their services? Or are we only allowed to bill out for the venipuncture and E/M? Just trying to make sense of whether or not we can bill lab panels in our office even if we are sending this to the Lab?
