Wiki laceration dressing and washing??

A child came in with a laceration in the shin and we did the dressing and washing procedure. I am having a hard time find which CPT code to use. Could someone please help??

No laceration repair?

If there was no laceration repair, then just bill the appropriate level E/M code.

Just dressing and washing falls under the E&M
