Wiki Laceration: palm and finger

Laceration repair in the ED involving the palm and finger. Example: 10cm single laceration that extends from the palm to the right index finger; simple repair. Let's say 5cm on palm and 5cm on finger. 12004 or 12002 and 12002F6? Thanks

Simple repairs are done in length added by anatomic site. 12004 is correct as you could not code 12002 twice.
