I would appreciate guidance on ICD10 codes for multiple laceration during the delivery. My understanding is only one code may be used.
"The vaginal side walls, peri-urethral region and vaginal sulci were inspected. Bilateral labial lacerations, a right vaginal floor laceration, and a left hymenal laceration were present. "
