Ok, I have one that I've never come across. I had one of my offices called wanting a diagnosis for "Lactation Induction." This situation is the woman is adopting a baby and she wishes to breast feed herself.

Any takers on this one?
 
Well I work for Peds so I'm not that fimiliar with OB visits, but I thought I would see if I could find something, since there is nothing wrong with the womens breasts I would probably go with V72.85 Other specified exam.
Sorry thats all I could find.
