Hello, I have RN/IBCLCs who currently provide care to Medicaid patients at no cost. We are currently trying to figure out how to get paid by Medicaid for these visits. The providers are credentialed as CCP, but the business is acute fee for service. I have 2 questions.

1. Can the RN bill for lactation services under CCP? I am still a little unclear as to what CCP is.

2. What code would we use? Could we use T1002, RN services up to 15 minutes, since S9443 is not recognized by Medicaid?
