Does anyone bill for a physician assistant who is lactation certified for lactation services?

Everything I have found states I bill consultation codes, and report the services under the mom.

Who do I get a request from if mom calls our office and our triage nurse recommends lactation services?

Do I have mom contact her OB office to send us a request?

THen do I have to send the report to the OB office? :eek:
