I am fairly new to this type of coding. Is 92928-LD the correct code to assign to the following (short version)?:

Lt groin access. Patient pre loaded with Plavix, ASA, and heparin. LAD lesion crossed with BMW wire. The lesion predilated with Trek baloon. Stented with Vision with excellent final angiographic result.
