From what I am seeing the LADAC credential is not equivalent to a LMHC or LCSW as far being able to be billable provider of services. You might be able to use some codes if the payer allows it (most likely Medicaid), but it is unlikely. Services rendered by a LADAC are most likely performed at a facility under a structured inpatient residential or outpatient PHP or IOP under the supervision of a LMHC or LCSW. However I have never billed for a facility in New Mexico, so o not take my word as gospel.
