Laminectomy and removal of The coperitoneal shunt

Hi,

I'm in need of some help in regards to removal of a shunt.
It will involve a hemilaminectomy to reach the opening dura and close the dural fold.

The patient originally had a lumoperitoneal shunt inserted and had to undergo multiple shunt revisions because of ongoing symptoms. The last procedure procedure involved removal of the peritoneal component of the shunt and the resevoir was placed for access for CSF.

I looking at code 62365 & 63746 and 63030 for hemilaminectomy????
