Wiki Laminectomy with foraminotomy without facetectomy

What code would be appropriate for a lumbar laminectomy with a foraminotomy but without a facetectomy. I'm leaning towards using an unlisted code. Just wanted some other opinions.
 
I would go with laminotomy code 63030.

63020: Laminotomy (hemilaminectomy), with decompression of nerve root(s), including partial facetectomy, foraminotomy and/or excision of herniated intervertebral disc; 1 interspace, cervical
63030: Laminotomy (hemilaminectomy), with decompression of nerve root(s), including partial facetectomy, foraminotomy and/or excision of herniated intervertebral disc; 1 interspace, lumbar

Per code definitions, any of those 3 components (partial facetectomy, forminotomy, or excision of herniated disc) performed with laminotomy will meet the definition of the codes. If none of those components is performed, that would be simple laminectomy 63001, 63003, 53005, and 63011.
