Could somebody please answer my question: What group supports the Oct. 1 ICD-9-CM revisions to Neoplasms: Neoplasm of Uncertain Behavior of Endocrine Glands and Nervous System?
I spend about 1 hour to find the answer but it is no result...
It is important for me because this is my test question.

Is that the entire question? The NCHS and the CDC create the correct coding guidelines which includes the guidelines for the Neoplasm chapter, these guidelines can be updated routine and regular and so far this is every Oct 1.
