I am newer to Gyn coding. I am struggling with finding a CPT code for Lanced I&D nipple bleb. :confused:
This is the physician's note:
Nipple draped & prepped with iodine. Using a 25 guage needle, sterile lanced at 3 angles the nipple bleb buried within a nipple fissure @ 10 o'clock position on R nipple. To facilitate localization of bleb, had multiple pumping in between lancing.

Any input would be appreciated.
