Wiki Lap and open procedure in same session?

My surgeon did surgeries on two separate patients where she did a lap and an open procedure during the same session but in different areas. One was a Cholecystectomy - completed laparoscopically and then she opened the patient to do a colon resection and tumor removal. The other is 2 hernias - a ventral done by lap and then an inguinal done open.

Can I code the lap procedures with the open procedures or does all have to be open. I am confusing myself since the procedures were not converted to open, but in different incisional areas!
