Wiki lap-assisted PEG help please!

Surgeon did a laparoscopic assisted percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube insertion... I usually use 43246 for a PEG placement but the "lap assist" is throwing me off. Any help is greatly appreciated~:confused:
