Does anyone know if CPT 76942 used for band adjustment is included in the global package?
Also is there somewhere I can find out everything that is included in the global for CPT 43770.

I use 2 books for Orthopedic surgery called the complete global service data book. This tells me everything inclusive to each CPT code, but I'm not sure if you could look into something like this for other groups possibly? I would assume that your adjustment of the band is going to be considered inclusive to the global period unless you can use a modifier to state there was a return for planned/related procedure during the global period. If you are in the global period, without a return to the operating room, I would think you'll be stuck with this considered part of the global period.
