Lap Chole and biopsy of peritoneal surface

The physician performed Lap Cholecystectomy and biopsy of peritoneal implant over the dome of the liver (path revealed endometriosis). The doctor also Fulgerated 4 lesions of the anterior abd wall that appeared consistent with endometrosis. Please help with CPT for biopsy and fulgeration...or is it included? Thank you.
