Hi Wondering if anyone would be able to help! Can I bill for
umb.hernia that was incarcerated along with Lap Chole conv.to open
I put the following through encoder pro and it came up as a clean
claim: CPT 47600 ICD9:574.00 along with CPT:49587 Mod.59
ICD9:553.1 TIA for any help
