Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated -

The patient had lap surgery by the urologist, and then the general surgeon came in:

The patient was placed flat and the camera was swung around to the left lower quardrant. We retracted the sigmoid colon in this location. We did this medially along the white line of Toldt. Once the sigmoid colon was out of the way, we were able to feel along the left pelvic sidewall for what appreared to be this lesion, we opened the pelvic sidewall and removed some fat behind this fat was spherical, smooth lesion which appeared to be a possible enlarged lymph node. This was excised with the electrocautery. It was placed in an EndoCatch bag and removed via the lower port site.

The case was then turned back to the urologist.

The pathology came back as a Schwannoma with no other details.

Any ideas on CPT codes?
