What cpt should we use for a laparoscopic parastoma hernia repair- no revision was done. We are looking at the laparoscopic incisional hernia codes or unlisted cpt. Any help would be great!
 
For a Parastomal hernia repair I use 44345 and 569.62. As your's was done laparoscopically, I would use the unlisted code 44238 and equate it to the RVU of 44345.
